The Ashes
Steve Jobs Focusing Only On The Apple Tablet Since His Comeback
What’s the best way to start a week? With an Apple rumor, and of course it’s about “The” Tablet. The Wall Street Journal has made another report about the device, and this time it’s focused on Steve Jobs and his way of handling the tablet since his return. Jobs has had a liver transplant and he has returned to his Apple position as CEO this summer. According to the WSJ, his only concentration point is the Apple Tablet.
This is a new phase for Apple and Steve Jobs, and to back this claim, we have Jobs’ way of managing the company. The WSJ says that Jobs is deeply involved in this project and not only that he is working at the development of the tablet, but he has also come up with a marketing and advertising strategy for the device. Apparently, Apple employees have to adjust with his new tactics of management and some are annoyed that they don’t have as many freedom as before.
Although there are no official sources besides secret internal sources, the WSJ says that Steve Jobs didn’t deny that Apple is working on a tablet. Apple’s CEO only said that the most of the information found in the article is incorrect, but if the tablet wasn’t real then he would have said it, right? We’re waiting for more information before we jump into any conclusions.
