Slim PS3 to be released in September, according to French retailer
There are rumors that say Sony might announce a new Playstation on August 18, in Cologne, Germany, at the Gamescom expo. Other rumors are about the Slim PS3, which has also been apparently leaked a few months ago, but nothing is clear.
Now an anonymous French retailer claims that the PS3 Slim is in the works and it will be 100 euros cheaper than the current PS3 version. The retailer hasn’t offered a specific date of the release, but he says we should expect the Slim PS3 to arrive in stores as of September. He also said that the slim version might be a limited edition, as he heard, but he doesn’t believe it.
