Usually, aside from the fact that iPhone/iPod docks have outrageously high prices, it also do not have the capacity for multipurpose. But with this latest iPhone/iPod dock from Kensington, we see now a dock that can accommodate both the iPhone/iPod and a mini battery at the same time.

Dubbed as the Kensington Charging Dock with Mini Battery Pack, it comes with its own mini battery pack that can charge next to your dock-compatible iPhone/iPod. According to Kensington, it can provide up to 30 extra hours of music or 6 hours of video in a 3rd generation iPod Nano. It can also provide an extra 3 hours of talk time to an iPhone.

Although some might think it is just another iPhone/iPod dock, the Kensington at least has something more to offer than just an ordinary dock. The Kensington Charging Dock with Mini Battery Pack retails for $70.
