Microsoft Windows 7 is really great, and the community has received the Beta version with a lot of enthusiasm. If you are using it and if you are tired of the “Send Feedback” link hanging around Windows 7, then this guide is for you. Follow these steps to remove the link from your Windows.

Step1. Go to the search box and type “regedit” to enter the Registry Editor.

Step 2. Find HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop. There you should find an entry called FeedbackToolEnabled. Double click that entry and set it to 0.

Step 3. Exit the Registry Editor and restart Windows. This should do the trick.
If you want to turn the “Send Feedback” link on again, set its value to 3.
