Countdown begins by Apple for 1 billion iPhone apps downloaded
The clock is ticking. On Friday , a web page was posted by Apple , counting down to the one billion apps downloaded from App Store milestone. Users will be able to win some cool stuff if an app is downloaded between the duration from now and the time that Apple will reach to the one billion.
To enter the contest is go to the App Store and download an application.So , by downloading you will automatically entered into the contest and have a chance to win a $10,000 iTunes Gift Card, an iPod touch, a Time Capsule and a MacBook Pro. You can enter up to 25 times in a day. You can also enter the contest without a single download.
Apple also posted the top 20 apps for all the time on the Apple Store , in the celebrations of one billionth App that will be downloaded. Apple’s counter currently shows that 928 , 684 , 279 applications downloaded and it’s moving fast.
