Apple’s Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.1 Update already in the works
Apple has just released the Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard and now they’re already testing the 10.6.1 update, which should improve things a bit. The 10.6.1 update has been already sent to developers and testers starting on September 1st, just four days after the Snow Leopard hit the stores.
The developers that can test the 10.6.1 update are only a part of them all and they have been joining this team on an invitation basis. Though the Apple Developer Connection ( ADC ) members should also receive the build as of this weekend or the start of next week.
Currently, there isn’t much documentation about the 10.6.1 update, though there have been some bugs reported that might get fixed in this update. Many of the other bugs are not Apple’s fault, being caused by application incompatibility, so developers have to face them.
